Elizabeth Gillies was born in New York City. She is an American actor and singer. She is most famous for her role as Lucy on the Broadway musical 13 and Jade West in the Nickelodeon sictom Victorious. Her commercial career started in the year 2000. Her first television appearance was in The Black Donnellys (2007). Her Nickelodeon part was Jade West, from 2010 to 2013. In 2015-16 she was an important role on FX's comedy Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll. Elizabeth Egan Gillies, born in Haworth New Jersey on 27 July 1993. Her parents remain there. In recognition of her role in Sofia Coppola's Somewhere, she received a Critics Choice Movie Award nomination in 2010. The year after, her appearance on Super 8 as the main character won she the Spotlight Award for the Hollywood film festival. In 2011, she played her role as the protagonist in the comedy We Bought a Zoo (2012) and Ginger & Rosa (2013). And in 2014 and 2019 she portrayed the princess Aurora part in Maleficent.
